There are many avocado brownie recipes available but we kept this one nut-free and less sweet.

If you want to satisfy your sweet tooth, please go ahead and double the amount of coconut sugar or double the amount of vegan chocolate chips used in this recipe.

We love to add a scoop of Foodcraft Kumquat Coconut Yogurt when serving. It has a great flavour balance with the sweet and sour plus adds on to the creaminess! Enjoy!

It's Friday and my home smells like muffins. Can you think of any better way to start the weekend?
I love how delicious and guilt-free these vanilla and lavender muffins turned out. I didn't use any oil or butter, and thanks to almond meal they are gluten-free, too! Lavender is such a gorgeous addition to these muffins, and it gives them a certain kind of luxurious feel.

I've been snacking on those gorgeous Pink Lady apples we picked during our country-side weekend and I've taken some of the delicious chestnuts to my partner's Japanese mum who absolutely adores them. It's Good Friday and the beginning of a long Easter weekend. I have to admit I am not very organised when it comes to celebrating Easter - I don't normally cook or bake special Easter treats, I don't decorate my house with colourful eggs or chocolate bunnies. There is no special reason to this, but I think it is because Easter somehow surprises me every year. Before you realise it's Easter and before you get everything organised, Easter is over. Maybe I should just get more organised next year.
