We use free range, all natural chicken. The chicken filling is packed with flavors of cilantro, garlic and ginger. It is great as an appetizer but because the filling is so generous in size we think it could be a great meal too!
Pan Fry: In a non-stick pan over medium-high heat, add ½ cup of water and 1 tablespoon of canola oil. Place dumplings flat side down and cover pan with lid. Cook until all the water evaporates and the flat side is brown. Total cooking time will be between 8-12 minutes.
Microwave: Place ½ cup of water and dumplings in a microwave-safe container. Cover with damp paper towel. Cook on high 4-5 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave and drain the water. Let dumplings rest for 1 minute. *For best results cook dumplings in a non-stick pan
Dipping Sauce: Leave at room temperature until thawed.
