Happy Cow Dairy-free Ice Cream
At Happy Cow, we believe in being kind to animals, the planet, and ourselves. We make our ice cream from scratch using coconut cream, coconut-tree flower sugar, and other plant-based ingredients.
Coconut oil boosts HDL or “good cholesterol” in the blood and is more easily digested and metabolized than other saturated fats, especially those derived from animal products. Plant-based fats contain antioxidants not available in animal fats. Fats are an essential part of our diets but should be enjoyed in moderation.
All Happy Cow confections are dairy-free, soy-free and gluten-free and contain no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. All of the flavor concentrates we use are certified organic.
