Linda mccartney vegetarian sausages

A blend of soya protein and natural flavours make this superb vegetarian sausage.

For a winter warmer, add onions, garlic, salt, pepper and thyme with a little olive oil to a frying pan, cook until soft, add a can of chopped tomatoes and baked beans and bring to a simmer.

Slice up your already grilled Vegetarian sausages and add to the pan, check seasoning and serve over creamy mash potato.
