These balls are so tasty and everyone was surprised to find out they have no added sugar and no chocolate! They are certainly sweet with all the dried fruit, but tahini gives them a nice touch of savouriness. A word of warning, however, these are pretty addictive!
Yields: 20 small ones
1Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until coarsely chopped, but not too mushy.
2Roll into balls and roll each ball in coconut flakes. Refrigerate before serving. These will keep in the fridge for a 3 days.
