Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 large Onions sliced into rings
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs panko preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, pour the buttermilk.
  4. In a third bowl, mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Dip onion rings into the flour mixture, then into the buttermilk, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place the coated onion rings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
