- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- ½ cup Butter softened
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Parsley chopped
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 pieces Eggs beaten
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Set aside.
3. Flatten the chicken breasts using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
4. Place a spoonful of the butter mixture in the center of each chicken breast. Roll up the chicken and secure with toothpicks.
5. Dredge each chicken roll in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
6. Place the chicken rolls in the air fryer basket. Cook for 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Remove toothpicks before serving. Enjoy!
