Almond Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding

- 1 cup Almond milk
- ¼ cup Chia seeds
- 1 cup Strawberries, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, stir the pudding and top with chopped strawberries.
