  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 2 tablespoon Jerk seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil, jerk seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish, skin-side up.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
