- 4 pieces Chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
- 2 tablespoon Jerk seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil, jerk seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish, skin-side up.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
