Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 lemon Lemon sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lay out a large piece of aluminum foil on a baking sheet.
Place the salmon fillets on the foil. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Top with lemon slices and minced garlic.
Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon, covering completely and sealing the packet closed.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
Carefully open the foil packet and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
