Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the olive oil mixture over the salmon fillets.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice before serving.
