- 4 eggs hard-boiled
- 500 g sausage meat
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Peel the hard-boiled eggs and set aside.
Mix the sausage meat with salt and pepper in a bowl.
Divide the sausage meat into 4 portions. Flatten each portion and wrap it around a hard-boiled egg.
Dip each wrapped egg in the beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat.
Place the coated eggs on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
