Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the pressed tofu into cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, maple syrup, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Pour the marinade over the tofu cubes and gently toss to coat.
Spread the tofu cubes evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
