Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk (any kind)
- ¼ cup Chia Seeds
- 1 Banana (mashed)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup optional
1. In a mixing bowl, combine milk, chia seeds, mashed banana, vanilla extract, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
2. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
4. Before serving, stir the pudding again and add more milk if it is too thick.
