Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and then flatten into a disc.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each disc for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
