Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Whisk until sugar is dissolved.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
Add beef slices to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Pour the sauce mixture over the beef. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy!
