Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef Sirloin thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Whisk until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add beef slices to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy!
