  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Cold butter cut into small pieces
  • ¾ cup Milk

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the cold butter pieces and cut them into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Gradually add the milk, stirring until the dough comes together.
  5. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently a few times.
  6. Roll out the dough to about ½ inch thickness and cut out biscuits with a biscuit cutter.
  7. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
