- 4 fillets Salmon skinless
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
- 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
2. Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and then coat them with the spice mixture.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until blackened and cooked through.
