  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Butter softened
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool before serving.
