Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the blueberries.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
