- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying
1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2. Dredge shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Remove shrimp and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
