Main Ingredients
- 8 slices Bread cut into cubes
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Cooked sausage crumbled
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Add the bread cubes, shredded cheese, and cooked sausage to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the strata is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
