Brown Sugar Banana Bread
This is a moist and delicious banana bread made with brown sugar for extra flavor.

- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Brown sugar packed
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- 4 units Bananas ripe, mashed
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar. Stir in the eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.
Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
