Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Butter softened
  • 1 cup Brown sugar packed
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • 4 units Bananas ripe, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar. Stir in the eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.
  4. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
