Main Ingredients
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the buckwheat flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the egg and then add the milk and melted butter. Mix well.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook until browned on the other side.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
