  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Dip each bullfrog leg in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the coated bullfrog legs until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
