Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 2 Large eggs
  • ¼ cup Melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a sheet pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared sheet pan and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool slightly before cutting into squares and serving.
