Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Green Onions chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the cauliflower florets for about 5 minutes until tender. Drain well.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
