Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the cauliflower florets for about 5 minutes until tender. Drain well.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
