Ingredients 

Crust Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 Egg large
  • ½ teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pulse cauliflower florets in a food processor until it resembles rice.
  3. Microwave the cauliflower rice for 5 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. Place the cooled cauliflower in a cheesecloth and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, oregano, garlic powder, and salt.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a pizza crust.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  8. Add your favorite toppings and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
