Cauliflower Pizza Crust Recipe

Crust Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 Egg large
- ½ teaspoon Dried Oregano
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pulse cauliflower florets in a food processor until it resembles rice.
Microwave the cauliflower rice for 5 minutes, then let it cool.
Place the cooled cauliflower in a cheesecloth and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, oregano, garlic powder, and salt.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a pizza crust.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
Add your favorite toppings and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
