  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 4 cups Frozen hash brown potatoes thawed
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 ½ cups Cottage cheese
  • 1 ¼ cups Swiss cheese shredded

Instructions
