- 200 g Pasta any type
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and stir continuously to make a roux.
3. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
4. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce and mix well. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
