Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe
A classic French dish made with chicken breast, ham, and Swiss cheese, coated in breadcrumbs and baked to perfection.

- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 4 slices Ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to about ¼ inch thickness.
Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken breast. Roll up each breast and secure with toothpicks.
In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Dip each chicken roll in melted butter, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Place the chicken rolls in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
Remove toothpicks before serving. Enjoy!
