Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 4 slices Ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to about ¼ inch thickness.
  3. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken breast. Roll up each breast and secure with toothpicks.
  4. In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Dip each chicken roll in melted butter, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the chicken rolls in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Remove toothpicks before serving. Enjoy!
