Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken diced
  • 2 cups Broccoli steamed
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder.
  3. In a baking dish, layer the broccoli and chicken. Pour the soup mixture over the top.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  5. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over the cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
