Main Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb rigatoni pasta
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- to taste salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
1. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
3. Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
4. Stir in tomato sauce, heavy cream, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Add cooked rigatoni to the skillet. Toss to coat pasta with sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
