- 2 cups Shredded Chicken
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 12 pieces Corn Tortillas
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, shredded cheese, cumin, and garlic powder.
Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet over medium heat until pliable.
Place a small amount of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
Place the rolled taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet.
Brush the taquitos with vegetable oil.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
