- 2 lbs Chicken wings
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
Bake for 45 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are crispy and cooked through.
Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.
