Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
Add flour, melted butter, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
