Ingredients

  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 6 slices Bread cubed
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Stir in the cooked sausage, bread cubes, and 1 ½ cups of shredded cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
