Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brewed Coffee cooled
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin Powder
  • ¼ cup Cold Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, heat brewed coffee and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. 3. Add the bloomed gelatin to the hot coffee mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or mold and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  5. 5. Cut the jelly into cubes and serve with whipped cream or condensed milk if desired.
