  • 1 liter Milk whole milk
  • 2 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat the milk in a pot until it reaches 120°F (49°C).
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the vinegar. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Pour the mixture through a cheesecloth-lined strainer to separate the curds from the whey.
  4. Rinse the curds under cold water and squeeze out excess liquid.
  5. Transfer the curds to a bowl and stir in the salt. Serve or store in the fridge.
