- 12 pieces Oysters shucked
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and pepper.
Dip each oyster into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Carefully place the oysters in the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove the oysters with tongs and drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
