1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk until well combined.
2. Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until melted and foamy.
3. Pour the eggs into the skillet and let them sit for a few seconds without stirring.
4. Using a spatula, gently stir the eggs, pushing them from the edges to the center.
