Ingredients

  • 500 g All-purpose flour
  • 10 g Salt
  • 7 g Active dry yeast
  • 300 ml Warm water
  • 30 g Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
  6. Divide the dough into 8 pieces, shape into rolls, and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
