Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ginger and garlic, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well.
  5. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
