Ginger Veggie Stir Fry

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Carrots, sliced
- 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the ginger and garlic, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well.
Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
