Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Gluten-free sausage
- ¼ cup Gluten-free flour
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1. In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled. 
- 2. Sprinkle the gluten-free flour over the sausage and stir well to combine. 
- 3. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil. 
- 4. Reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes until the gravy reaches your desired consistency. 
- 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot over gluten-free biscuits.
