Marinade Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless, skinless
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
