Ingredients

  • 1 block Tofu firm or extra-firm, drained and pressed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Cut the tofu into 1-inch thick slices and marinate in the mixture for at least 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Place the tofu slices on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and tofu is heated through.
  5. 5. Remove from grill and serve hot.
