- 2 pieces Eggs
- 50 grams Ham diced
- 50 grams Cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until well beaten.
2. Add salt and pepper to the eggs and mix well.
3. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Pour the eggs into the pan and cook until they start to set.
5. Sprinkle the ham and cheese evenly over one half of the omelette.
6. Fold the other half of the omelette over the filling and cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted.
7. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
