Ingredients 

Fish and Marinade

  • 4 fillets White fish (like tilapia or cod)
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Mango Salsa

  • 1 cup Diced mango
  • ½ cup Diced red onion
  • 1 cup Diced red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Tacos

  • 8 small Corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the fish: In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Coat the fish fillets in the mixture and let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Prepare the mango salsa: In a mixing bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
  3. 3. Cook the fish: Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. 4. Assemble the tacos: Warm the corn tortillas in a pan or microwave. Place a piece of fish on each tortilla, top with shredded cabbage and mango salsa.
