Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Oats rolled
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ cup Ketchup for topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, oats, milk, beaten egg, salt, black pepper, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Mix well.
  3. Place the mixture into a baking pan and shape into a loaf.
  4. Spread ketchup evenly on top of the loaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until fully cooked.
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
