Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 cup Oats rolled
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ cup Ketchup for topping
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, oats, milk, beaten egg, salt, black pepper, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Mix well.
Place the mixture into a baking pan and shape into a loaf.
Spread ketchup evenly on top of the loaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until fully cooked.
Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
