- 2 lbs Pork Sirloin Roast
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Rub the herb mixture all over the pork sirloin roast.
Place the roast in a roasting pan and put it in the oven.
Roast for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
