Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork Sirloin Roast
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the herb mixture all over the pork sirloin roast.
  4. Place the roast in a roasting pan and put it in the oven.
  5. Roast for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
